The purpose of this funding is to promote the incorporation into research organisations of both Spanish and foreign researchers with an outstanding track record, so that they can acquire the skills and capabilities enabling them to obtain a stable position in a research organisation within the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation System, specifically encouraging the incorporation of researchers who have been carrying out their professional activity abroad for a certain period of time.
Interested parties must submit their application to the foundation before 2 December 2026, at 12:00, together with the evaluation application form, for assessment by the iiSGM Research Committee email link(ELIMINAR). In addition, it is necessary to notify your interest in applying at least 10 working days in advance.
Submitting this application will initially require acceptance by the principal investigator/group of the commitment to make available the funds necessary to finance that part of the employment cost which exceeds (as a result of the application of employment legislation or the collective agreement), or may do so in the future (for example, salary increases, increases in Social Security contributions, etc.), the financial support granted under the call.
