The COMFORTage Twinning Open Call is now open, an opportunity for organisations interested in transferring and adapting European good practices in the prevention of frailty, cognitive decline, dementia, digital health and healthy ageing.
The programme enables collaboration with one of the 13 COMFORTage pilots, with experience in areas such as early identification and prevention, digital tools and integrated care, biomarkers, Living Labs and co-creation.
It may be particularly interesting for teams wishing to incorporate into their organisation a practice that has already been developed and tested in another European setting, working directly with the originating pilot.
