SEMINAR: Open Science - Speaker: Laura Bonora

The Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Gregorio Marañón (IISGM) continues its training seminar series as part of the implementation of the HR Excellence in Research European seal, a distinction awarded by the European Commission that recognises institutions committed to continuous improvement in the management of their human resources in research.

Following the first meeting dedicated to transversal skills for research staff, the second seminar in the series will focus on Open Access and scientific data management, key aspects in the current context of Open Science.

The session, which will take place online on 29 October at 14:30, will feature Laura Bonora, European Commission National Contact Point for matters related to Open Science and Research Infrastructures. Bonora carries out her work at the Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología (FECYT), where she coordinates information, training and support activities in these areas at national level.

The event is free of charge, although registration is required

The seminar is aimed at researchers, management staff and technicians, as well as anyone interested in aligning their practices with current Open Science standards and European open access policies.
