SEMINAR: The HR Excellence in Research seal and its benefits for researchers and organisations - Speaker: Lorena Muñoz

The Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Gregorio Marañón (IISGM) continues its training seminar series as part of the implementation of the HR Excellence in Research European award, a distinction granted by the European Commission to institutions that are moving towards more transparent, inclusive environments focused on the professional development of scientific staff.

On this occasion, the session will focus on the benefits and strategic approach of HR Excellence in Research, both for institutions and researchers, as well as on practical recommendations for its implementation.

The session will feature Lorena Muñoz, CEO of Effectia and a consultant specialising in scientific talent management. Muñoz has accumulated more than 95 experiences in the development and implementation of HR Excellence in Research in national and international research institutions. She is also an evaluator of the award for the European Commission and has a solid track record advising organisations on improving their institutional structures, human resources policies and support models for research careers.

The seminar will take place on Wednesday 12 November, from 14:30 to 15:30, online. Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is required.

The seminar is aimed at research, technical and management staff, as well as anyone interested in consolidating fairer, more sustainable and competitive working environments in research.
