This year our Hospital has been selected in five categories in the awards presented annually by the magazine New Medical Economics. The winners will depend on the number of votes they receive, so we encourage all Marañón staff to help the Hospital win as many awards as possible.
Our Institution has been selected by this digital media outlet in five categories:
Public hospital with the best management: Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón
- Research Development: Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria (IiSGM)
- Promotion of Innovation: Unidad de Planificación Avanzada y Manufactura 3D (UPAM3D)
- Best Healthcare Humanisation Initiative: Farmaventura of the Pharmacy Service
- Best initiative for transforming healthcare: Instituto de Psiquiatría y Salud Mental

Each participant in the vote may vote for one candidate in each category. The final vote count will take place on 15 October, and the results will be made public via the website and the magazine.
New Medical Economics is a digital media outlet specialising in the publication of healthcare management content aimed both at professionals and the general public. The magazine, which is holding its sixth annual awards ceremony this year, presents these awards to healthcare professionals, companies, public authorities and all those organisations that have made a significant contribution to the development of Biomedicine and Health Sciences in Spain and that maintain management activities in the areas of research, innovation and patient experience.
