On 21 June at 7:00 p.m., the CaixaResearch online debate on “Mosquito-borne infectious diseases” will take place.

With globalisation and climate change, everything points to the phenomenon of infectious diseases being transmitted by mosquitoes in the coming years. This is due, among other factors, to the spread of certain invasive mosquito genera, such as the tiger mosquito.

In the next CaixaResearch debate, which will be held online on 21 June at 7:00 p.m., two experts will explain how surveillance, risk maps and citizen science can play a key role in preventing this problem in our country.
