AES 2024 Calendar, internal deadlines and procedure for submitting applications at IiSGM

As already announced, the AES 2024 Acción Estratégica en Salud call of the ISCIII has been published, and an information seminar will be held shortly, in addition to the official presentation at the Instituto de Salud Carlos III.

The procedure for submitting applications for evaluation by the Research Commission will consist of the following steps:
  1. Researchers interested in participating in any of the grants must complete the Application for evaluation by the Research Commission form that we are sending attached and which is also available on the IiSGM website: /adjuntos-comision-de-investigacion/. Depending on each grant, this document must include the scientific report in the standardised ISCIII format and, in the case of grants that require it, the selection of the 10 publications to be submitted with the final application (those of the applicant and the research group). A summary of the proposal may be submitted for the preliminary assessment of ICI Projects and DTS Projects.
  2. The CVA of the researcher and of the tutor or group leader, for grants that require it, in CVA-ISCIII format
  3. Send the completed form, signed by the interested parties, together with the CVA-ISCIII to comisiondeinvestigacion(ELIMINAR)@iisgm.com, copying the project manager of your research group into the email so that they are duly informed.
In this way, the projects can be distributed among the members of the Research Commission for assessment sufficiently in advance of the meeting. It is therefore important to stress that applications submitted after 12 noon will not be accepted, as this is the final deadline established for receipt of applications in accordance with the attached table, which is available on the IiSGM website. Therefore, applications submitted after the deadline indicated in the following table will be rejected for submission.Below, you can download the complete timetable, which shows, in addition to the internal deadlines indicated above, the application submission deadlines for each grant to the ISCIII.
