AES 2025 Calendar, internal deadlines and procedure for submitting applications at IiSGM
As we already announced, the Strategic Action in Health AES 2025 call of the ISCIII has been published, and its official presentation at the ISCIII will take place shortly.
The procedure for submitting applications for evaluation by the Research Committee will consist of the following steps:
- Researchers interested in participating in any of the grants must complete the Application Form for evaluation by the Research Committee (attached).
- This document must include, depending on each grant, the scientific report in the ISCIII standardised format and, in the case of grants for which the call requires it, the selection of the 10 publications that will be submitted in the final application (applicant and research group). Only in the case of the preliminary assessment of ICI Projects and DTS Projects may a summary of the proposal be submitted.
- The investigator's and tutor's or group leader's CVA-ISCIII, for grants where required.
- Send the completed form, signed by the interested parties, together with the scientific report and the CVA-ISCIII to comisiondeinvestigacion(ELIMINAR)@iisgm.com , copying the project manager of your research group into the email so that they are duly informed.
In this way, the projects can be distributed among the members of the Research Committee for assessment sufficiently in advance of the Research Committee meeting.
It is important to stress that applications submitted after 12 noon will not be accepted, this being the maximum time established as the application submission deadline in accordance with the attached table, which is available to you on the IiSGM website.
Therefore, applications submitted after the indicated deadline will be rejected for submission.
