Application for Payment of the Fourth and Final Instalment of the Extraordinary Bonus for December 2012
In the February payroll, a new extraordinary payment will be made, the amount of which will be equivalent to 24.59 per cent of the amounts not received as a result of the cancellation of the extraordinary bonus corresponding to December 2012, pursuant to Royal Decree-Law 20/2012 of 13 July on measures to guarantee budgetary stability and promote competitiveness.
Any person who no longer has an employment relationship with this Foundation must complete, as with the reimbursement of the previous three instalments, the attached application form and send it scanned and signed (stating in the subject line “Application for Reimbursement of 4th Instalment December 2012 Bonus + Full Name” ) to the email address rrhh(ELIMINAR)@fibhgm.org
