Calls for proposals
Here is all the information on the CURRENT calls for proposals. You can find more detailed information in each of the sections listed below:
IMPORTANT: To ensure proper planning and evaluation of proposals, the following procedure has been established for all calls:
- Researchers must notify Scientific Management of their intention to apply at least two weeks in advance (10 working days) before the official closing date of the call. This will allow for review of aspects such as the application of indirect costs (overhead), the need for co-funding, and any potential need for authorisation to apply.
- The complete proposal must be submitted to the Research Committee at least 5 working days before the application deadline for evaluation (unless the call establishes a different internal deadline for submitting applications to the Research Committee).
Researchers interested in participating in a call must send the following documentation to email(ELIMINAR) before 12:00 on the last day of the Research Committee's internal deadline. Failure to submit this documentation within the specified deadline and in the specified format may result in exclusion from the process.
- Completed and signed IiSGM Research Committee Evaluation Request Form. You can find it here.
- Scientific proposal for the project, as complete as possible and in the format required by the call. Include the detailed budget.
- Researcher's Curriculum Vitae (information not reflected in the CV cannot be assessed)
IMPORTANT: Please remember that there is an Overhead Policy, approved by the Board of Trustees on 19 December 2024, which must be complied with. It can be consulted in the Private Area under the Internal Communications section.
